Very fantastic. You almost have no issues with this. except for the ugly wires that fly around your building.

Signal Strength
You have no problem on this. Especially if you live on the island in Lagos. The only limitation is, they will not connect your office or home if their phone network server does not reach your location.
Compensation
They have no compensation plan for phone service. At least I have used this service for about 2 years.
Data Plans
Data plans are very flexible and pocket friendly. They offer prepaid for small businesses.
Online Customer Service
The chain of who to speak to if you have an issue is unlimited. You had better find a friend in this company if you need a prompt response to your issue or pray not to have an issue at all.
On-Site Customer Service
Same as if you call on phone. You are most likely going to be promised that Engineers will come over to your place. They will definitely come over to your office or home to check or fix the issue but not at your time, definitely at their own time.
Roll-Over
The duration to use your prepaid money is unlimited. You are always guaranteed a service as long as you have money in your phone account with them.

Please and please, work on your customer service and response time to customer needs. Save us the stress of having to introduce us to everyone in your company and who does what each time customers come with an urgent issue. People cannot afford to leave you because the competition is seriously on your side. However, please focus on customer service.
